Gwili Mill is a handsome stone building that served as a woollen mill until 1976. It has been converted into a spacious and comfortable holiday house on three floors. The mill is in the heart of the village of Llanpumsaint, a small rural village in the beautiful countryside of Carmarthenshire. The river Gwili runs alongside the house and the south-facing lawned garden.

The mill has spacious accommodation throughout. On the ground floor there is a large river lounge, with three patio doors overlooking the river, terrace and garden. There are 3 comfy sofas, a log burning stove, television with DVD and video, and a CD player. Loads of videos, DVD's and CD's are stored in this area. There is also a small study off the sitting room, with some toys and puzzles.

The centre of the mill consists of a large dining area, with a huge beech dining table, made in Llanpumsaint, where all the guests can sit and enjoy meals together. In this area is also a bar you can stock with your choice of drinks. Off the spacious hall are two toilets.

The games room is at the end of the ground floor, housing a full size snooker table and a darts board. There are 2 sofa and a small table. Also in the games room, there is a 'Vinyl Corner' with a record player and a large collection of vinyl records.

The kitchen has an 8 burner, 2 oven range cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, double bowl/drainer sink and a good range of cooking pots and utensils. There is plenty of china, cutlery and everything you could need to cook for yourselves - or why not arrange for one of our recommended chefs to come and cook a special meal for you all.

In the utility room, there is a freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, and an additional sink. A door to the outside gives you access to the garden and terrace.

On the first floor, there is an additional sitting room, with another television, and dvd player, an electric organ and a small library of books. We also have a large amount of information to give you ideas of where to go and what to do when you are staying with us. There are 5 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 doubles and one twin, all 3 ensuite. There are another 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom on this floor.

On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms, both ensuite. Each of these bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed. All beds are made up with luxury Egyptian cotton, and there are 2 fluffy white towels for each guest.

We leave a small hamper on the bar for when you arrive - some wine and local produce to enjoy during your stay.
